I’m looking for a new flatmate in my two bedroom flat in Sinclair Road.
The apartment is very well maintained, fully furnished and located at ground floor level in a luxurious old Victorian house with 4m high ceilings and plastering.

The room is fully furnished, has a private balcony, double glassing and is available from December 1st on.
Bathroom and open plan kitchen/living room with dining facilities are shared but offer plenty of space.
The entire apartment is fully furnished and quiet. All bills are included.

Located next to Olympia station (District line and Overground), the flat is very well connected. Both Shepherd’s Bush Station (Central line) and Barons Court Station (District and Piccadilly Lines) are only a 10min walk away. The flat is also walking distance from Hammersmith, Kensington High Street and Earls Court.

I’m looking for someone chilled out, reliable and social. I work long hours during the week, often from home, and like to enjoy the weekends, go out, travel a lot and cook for friends. I enjoy the occasional glass of wine and love socializing with friends.
