East Village Double Furnished Available from JAN

Hey,

We have a really nice 8th floor 3 bedroom apartment in East Village, but sadly due to a new job i will be moving location :(

The flat has a large furnished balcony, living room/dining/kitchen with all necessary appliances included Washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher.

The room includes double bed, chest of drawers, 2 bed side tables, decent amount of floor space, a triple wardrobe and very large windows facing a private garden which is shared between 3 blocks.

You will be sharing the large main bathroom with a female. Bathroom has large mirrored storage and bath with over head shower! The other room has its own en-suite.

The 2 (1 male, 1 female) housemates are both really friendly and clean, great laugh and always up for watching a Netflix series or Im a celeb together! Both professionals working in the finance sector, age 24&25!

Bills roughly come to roughly £75pm each but we transfer £100 into bills account then split what’s left just to be safe!
Internet and sky tv included
No deposit needed, although will need to be referenced by Landlord.

Nearest stations are stratford and stratford international both within 5 min walk.
Trains direct to Liverpool st station (7mins) and Kings Cross (6mins), really well connected area for transport! Central line/jubilee line/Dlr/overground/tfl all accessible within minutes.
Sainsbury’s and gym - couple of mins walk
Asda superstore - 25min walk/10 mins on bus/1 stop on tube
Westfield - 5 mins walk includes Waitrose/food court/loads of shops.. literally everything you need!
Stratford centre - 12 mins walk

Room is available from 19th Jan but can be flexible with dates.
