There are communal gardens, along with local amenities and a 7 min walk to Westfield Shopping Centre. For food shopping there is a Sainsbury’s Local (opened 7am – 11pm) which is 5 minutes away, with M&S and Waitrose within Westfield itself. Shops are located within the apartments’ vicinity, including a Pizza restaurant, coffee shops, and dry cleaner facilities amongst others.

This is the ideal location for people working in the City and local area - there are direct trains from Stratford station (10min walk), or there's the central line that takes 10mins to Liverpool Street/Bank, or the jubilee line that takes 15 minutes to London bridge. The DLR at Stratford International (2 minute walk) provides an easy commute to Canary Wharf. Central London/West end is less than half an hour away. Underground parking is available to rent, secure bicycle storage is free with the apartment.

You would be living with only one other; a working female professional who enjoys her own space. Would not suit someone who would like to have parties within the home, as this is a quiet residential area.
