* Looking for someone to take over my contract between 1st June-7th September (I might be flexible with the dates).
* You must be a student to book
* This is the cheapest price offered by Unite last year, definitely the cheapest one for such a short stay (currently it is £249/week on the website)
* You will sign a contract personally with Unite Students and pay directly to them, I will cover administrative fee of £50 for this - the payment will be totally secure.
* The flat has only 6 flatmates, compared to standard 9, while the kitchen remains the same size
* This is a corner room, which means it is slightly larger than others and more private

Room description:
Basic Ensuite, third floor, view on the park and Copper Box area (quieter and more private than others). It is the same room as in the photos - two windows, and a bathroom on the left.
The room is furnished with a big 3/4 bed, own bathroom with a shower, desk study space, wardrobe, drawers, and shelves. As I am moving out I might leave the kettle and some cleaning products.
The student accommodation has 24/7 security and reception, a penthouse on the 24th floor that might be booked for parties, study room, laundry room, cinema room, common areas, bike storage.

Stratford ONE is ideally located to make the most of student living in London with direct transport links across London. Positioned within the Olympic Park, the property is next door to Westfield Shopping Centre, with over 250 stores and 70 restaurants. Plus, central London is less than 10 minutes’ journey from the property (Central/Jubilee Line, DLR, Overground, National Rail within 10 minutes walk).
