12th floor En-Suite room, Stratford One, with view

I am looking for a student who wants to take over my contract at Unite Students for my en-suite room at Stratford One. The room is located on the 12th floor and offers a view of East London. The bed is a 3/4 double and offers storage room underneath and a closet.

The kitchen and living room also offer stunning views of Central London which includes the City Skyline, St. Pauls Cathedral, West Ham Stadium and the ArcelorMittal Orbit Slide. Both kitchen and living room are shared with 7 students.

Stratford One offers a garden, a laundry room, cinema, Skyroom, and a receptionist.

Stratford International can be reached under 5 minutes by foot as well as the Westfield shopping centre. Walking to Stratford Station takes under 10 minutes which offers the Central line tube to central London.

I am flexible with the exact moving in date, however it must be after September. A showroom version of the room can be viewed when asked the receptionist.
