I am looking for someone to take over my contract at Stratford one, post code is E20 since I will back to my home during the upcoming holidays.
Room Type: Premium range 1 Ensuite which has good viewing and good privacy. You will have a private bath and shower, and a shared kitchen with other 7 flatmates. They are friendly and won't make any noise. The kitchen is clean as we have a schedule for the cleaning.
Facilities: Gym, cinema, karaoke, game room, tennis table, pool table, sky lounge, study space, laundry room...
Term dates: The optimal start date is June 9th and the contracts will stop at September 8th. People who can cover the whole period time has a priority.
Tansportation: The building locates at the oppsite of the large shopping mall Westfield. It has Wairose, M&S, boots, John Lewis, Primark etc. insdie. 3 mins walk to Stratford International railWay station and 10 mins walk to Stratford, an underground station and also a railway station. 15min walk to UAL, UCL east and Loughborough University. 1 stop on central line to QMUL. 4 stops on Elizabeth line to centre of London or straight to Heathrow Airport at terminal of the line, super convenient transportation. The oppsite of the Stratford station is Stratford Shopping Centre, which contains Sainsbury's, Lidl, Iceland, Poundland etc., also has great conventience on groceries.
