As I’ve just accepted a job offer back in Australia, the time has come to put up a listing for someone to take over my ensuite room in a new build flat located in the Hackney Wick / Olympic Park development.

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom flat is west facing on the top floor of the complex, coming with fantastic views of the city.
Bedroom & flat itself furnished throughout, large open-plan kitchen, Euro laundry & plenty of natural light throughout.
The room is spacious (has a desk, office chair, mirror & drawers which I’ll leave with the room alongside the bed/bed-frame provided by the landlord), large wardrobe & Juliet Balcony.

Flatmates are two guys ages 24 & 28 who get on but also enjoy their own space. A love of fashion is also welcome here!

Rent is £1200 PCM & bills come in at £200 approx.
The council tax band is E.
Room is available 15/10/24, I’m looking to get the transfer sorted for the room fairly quickly as the role I’ve accepted has an expedited start date.
Flexible to organise inspections over the next week.
