Lovely Flat - Stratford - Pool, Hot Tub, Gym

Hi - I currently have a double-bed room available from the end of November in Coppermaker Square. Looking for someone nice, easy-going and great to be around for "Bedroom 2" (see pic!)


I've lived here for a year - it's an amazing community with everything you could need included in the rent.
The flat is a two-bed in a fairly new build with:
- Each room having it's own personal bathroom and shower
- Its own balcony
- Modern kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer
- Great storage space
- Access to the building's gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, cinema (brand new) and all events held across the community
- The building has a remote working space and entertainment area with pool table, shuffleboard, outdoor patio area w/BBQs
- Cycle parking
- Dog washroom if you're coming back from a particularly muddy dog walk (outstanding for me)

Potential for rent negotiation depending on term length as it'll be a renewal of an existing one-year lease.

About me: I'm 30-years-old, work in legal for a techy company in Old Street. I live here with my dog, a 4-year-old gentle giant - really well house trained, spends most of her time snoozing if she's not outside playing with her friends in the communal garden. Dog is super easy to live with too - loves to play and cuddle on the sofa equally.

I can work fully remote but quite like working from the office when I can, and tend to take the dog in with me when possible. Super easy going, love nothing more than relaxing, cooking with a glass of wine, going out to the pub, or popping out with the dog for a couple hours on a long walk.
