Hi - I currently have a flat on hold in Coppermaker Square (minute's walk from Stratford station). Due to move in on or around 30 November. Looking for someone nice, easy-going and great to be around for "Bedroom 2" (see pic!)

The flat is a two-bed in a fairly new build with:
- Each room having it's own personal bathroom and shower
- Its own balcony
- Modern kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer
- Good storage space
- Access to the building's gym, swimming pool and sauna
- The building has a remote working space and entertainment area with pool table, shuffleboard, outdoor patio area w/BBQs
- Cycle parking
- Dog washroom if you're coming back from a particularly muddy dog walk (outstanding for me)

As we'd be new tenants, Coppermaker Square has offered four-weeks' rent deduction to drop it from £3,448 to £3,182.76 (split obviously).

About me: I'm 29-years-old, work in legal for a techy company in Old Street. I'll be moving with my dog, a 3-year-old Am Bull (in pictures).

I can work fully remote but quite like working from the office when I can, and tend to take the dog in with me when possible. Super easy going, love nothing more than relaxing, cooking with a glass of wine, going out to the pub, or popping out with the dog for a couple hours on a long walk.

Dog is super easy to live with too - loves to play and cuddle on the sofa equally. Best mate and a bit of a gentle giant - she's quite big, but an absolute softie.

The flat comes with a £400 holding fee, and the deposit is either:
- £600 non-refundable, or
- £3,250 refundable
