Hackney Wick Double Room

The flat is on Olympic park (near Hackney Bridge and the canal). Hackney wick station is around an 8 minute walk, and it's easy to get to Stratford international and Stratford station.

The move in date is around 19th Dec, it would be to take over my lease which ends at the end of May. The contract will then be renewed if you wanted to stay & sign for another year.

The rent is 976 p/month before bills, bills at the moment are around 180 including council tax (but will go down over summer).

The room (which comes unfurnished) is a good sized double room with floor to ceiling doors that open onto the balcony. The room also has access to a hugeeee cupboard in the hallway that can fit a wardrobe rail in/bike etc.
The flat has a large open plan living/kitchen space with access to the balcony. Its bright, spacious & v girly.

The current housemates are Roma 28, who works in styling, and Daniella 25 who is a makeup artist.

We are looking for someone sociable, chilled and clean, ideally similar ages - we like to go out etc but not an after party house.
