Looking for a professional to join me in my stunning high-end penthouse in Stratford. My current housemate is moving out, and I’m looking for someone respectful and easygoing to take over her spot.

This luxury penthouse on the 29th floor offers breathtaking views over London. The flat is fully furnished and features high-end finishes, an on-site concierge, and a gym. You will have a good-sized double bedroom and access to your own bathroom (the main one, as I have an en suite). The vibe of the flat is quiet and respectful, and it is pet-friendly as I have a cat.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from Stratford Station and Stratford International, providing easy access to Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth, DLR, and Overground lines. Westfield Stratford is just a short walk away, offering a range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The flat is also close to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Rent details are available upon request (as a 6 month payment in advanced is set now with Chase and Evans, but hopefully can be renegotiated), and bills are approximately £200 per month per person. The move-in date is set for the 26th of May.
