Double room in social flat

I am moving out on February of this three bedroom apartment. My current flatmates are two Mexicans with full time jobs. The flat is very social and my flatmates are relaxed people with diverse interests.

About the place
The property has three rooms. One en-suite (available for short stay) and two double rooms with a shared bathroom (you will be staying in one of this). Bills are not included, they come to around 115 a month. There is a big garage where bicycles can be stored. Westfield is at a 10 minutes walk with easy access to underground and DLR. The living room has a panoramic view of London and the Olympic park.
