DOUBLE ROOM WITH BALCONY UNFURNISHED, HACKNEY WICK/STRATFORD - move in end of Feb 2026. 🌈

Hey guys!

We’re a household of 2 young professionals looking for someone to join us in Hackney Wick/Stratford E20! Our lovely, light, colourful flat is East facing in the bedrooms, and West facing in the living room, situated on the Olympic Park facing Hackney Wick, with a beautiful panoramic view of Canary Wharf and The City. There’s lots to do in Stratford and Hackney Wick within a 5 minute proximity, catering to all needs with tonnes of gyms and bars all in walking distance.

The room is a double unfurnished space with a balcony which stretches across all 3 of our rooms.
We also have a balcony in the gorgeously spacious living room, so a bit of social outdoor space as well as personal! We’re looking for someone interested in staying for a year minimum.

A little bit on us; we’re 2 friends, both 28 and have been living here for the last 4.5 years. I work in IT, and am currently studying Politics, Philosophy and Economics, and Isaac works in ESG, and is an Environmental Sciences graduate. We’re both sociable and know how to have a good time when the occasion calls for it, yet also enjoy the simple pleasures of cooking a dinner together and cosying up with a film, we’re generally hoping to find someone invested in creating a little community with us.

The room is £883.33 with bills ontop, generally looking at a ball park of £1015-25 dependant on the time of year, move in end of Feb. We can be flexible in bringing the date closer if needed!
