Ensuite Double Room in new build with city view

Hello!

We have a room available in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Stratford, just beside the Westfield shopping centre.

Our current flatmates are moving out, so we're looking for another couple or person to move in. My partner and I have been living here for the last year and absolutely love it so we want to find another couple to move in and sign on for another year!

You'll be sharing with me (David, 26 from Ireland) and my girlfriend (Katie, 23 from North-West England). We both work as actuaries in the insurance industry and work in office 3/4 days per week.
Outside of work, I play rugby with a team based in Hackney Marshes (just 25 min walk away), and enjoy to cook. Katie likes running as well as reading and spicy margaritas - but not all at the same time!

We're looking for people around our ages that are friendly and tidy! We'd love to be friends with our new flatmates, and do things together around the area every now and then.

This is a new build flat (built in 2023), so everything works properly. The flat is nice and warm in the winter and also has air conditioning for the summer.

Your bedroom is the ensuite, which comes furnished with the bed, mattress, two beside lockers, and a built-in wardrobe with lots of storage. Your bathroom also has a lot of cupboard space behind the three large mirrors.

The flat has a big kitchen / dining room / sitting room with amazing views of the city. It is west facing, so we can see the sunset over the city at night and get lots of sunlight. We're on the 30th floor.

Included in the rent is access to a number of shared amenities, including a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and more. There is also 2 communal working areas.

The area is great. We ~5 min walk to Stratford tube station, and about the same to Stratford International. Ideally located if you're working in the city as we have access to the Elizabeth & Central lines, as well as Greater Anglia services.
We're right beside Westfield shopping centre, which has lots of shops and a big food court. We're very close to East Village, which has lots of restaurants and cafes.
We are also only a 15 minute walk away from Hackney Wick, which is full of bars and restaurants along the canal.

Rent, Bills, Etc.
Rent will be roughly ~£1866 per month for the room.
Bills generally come in at just less than £200 per couple per month.
Move in can be flexible, but roughly late March to early April.
