2 Rooms in New-Build Apartment with Amenities

I'm looking for two people to move into the apartment to replace my current flatmates who are leaving the UK.

About the apartment:
This is a 3-bed, 2-bath ground floor apartment in Coppermaker Square, Stratford (Council Tax Band D). It is right next to Westfield and is a 2-minute walk to Stratford station. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, along with the Olympic Park.

Wifi is included in the rent. Other bills including council tax add up to about £160pm per person).

One room is en-suite and the other two share a bathroom (I stay in one of the non en-suites, so you'd be sharing with me). All rooms are spacious (my desk fits very comfortably) with plenty of storage available.

The building has several amenities included with the rent, including a pool, steam, sauna, and well-equipped gym. There's also two co-working spaces (I go there whenever I work from home) and a screening area as well. The property is managed by Greystar, and staff is really responsive in case there's issues with the flat.

About me:
I'm 23 years old, male, and have been living in this apartment for two years now. I work as a software engineer, and am at the office 3ish days a week. Pretty social in general, but not a frequent partier. I'd love to live with someone I get on with, and often embark on sidequests (game nights, playing padel, and going on hikes).

I speak English, German, Hindi, and a bit of Japanese (although that's from Duolingo so I wouldn't make much of it).

Ideal flatmate(s):
- Professional, clean and planning on staying for at least a year (starting mid-September this year)
- Socially-balanced (I enjoy hosting but don't do it very often)
