We are a young professional couple with a three bedroom flat on the eighth floor with amazing views over London. We are only renting out the master bedroom, the third bedroom is used as an office and for occasional guest use (family & friends).

The room is the spacious master bedroom (double) with en suite shower room.
The room includes a Warren Evans double bed, two large wardrobes, two bedside tables, under-bed storage and a bookshelf.

Monday to Friday is possible.

Individuals would be charged at £1000 (bills included).

We are looking for a professional/couple (professionals) that is/are tidy, considerate and that we can get on with.

About us:
Two young professionals. Quiet, occasionally have friends over for board games. If you are looking for a party flat, this won't meet your expectations!

The flat has underfloor heating and is very well insulated.

Kitchen, living room and balcony would all be shared spaces.

We are located a few minutes walk from the velodrome, the Olympic Stadium and Olympic Swimming Pool as well as having one of the biggest shopping centres in Europe nearby. There is a Better gym nearby.

There is bike storage in the underground car park. There is no car parking available.
Stratford International high speed rail and DLR station.
Stratford with national rail, Central Line, Jubilee line, London Overground
