A large, furnished, en-suite double bedroom is available in a beautiful 3-bed flat in the Olympic Park 'East Village' development.

Alastair and Florent already live here and we're looking for someone (or a couple) to join us in our wonderful place. Alastair jointly owns a portion of the flat with a friend of his, Greg (who you'll meet and who you might see now and again if you decide to move in), through the East Village shared ownership scheme.

COUPLES ARE WELCOME!! The room is definitely big enough.

The rate of £1000 bills included is for single occupancy.
For a couple, the rate is £1375 bills included.

Some of the great features of the flat are:

-- Your own private, en-suite wet room with shower, sink, and toilet. No one else will be using it.
-- Underfloor heating throughout the flat
-- Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout
-- Enormous balcony with shared access off the main lounge
-- Super-fast fibre broadband with WiFi (included with the bills, which are included in the rent)
-- We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks
-- Integrated kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, fridge, oven, induction hob
-- Washing machine and dryer
-- 4th floor

We're less than 10 minutes' walk from Stratford station and from there the journey times are:

St Pancras - 7 minutes (from Stratford International)
Liverpool Street - 9 minutes
Canary Wharf - 10 minutes
Bank - 12 minutes
Highbury & Islington - 14 minutes
London Bridge - 17 minutes
Oxford Circus - 19 minutes
Waterloo - 20 minutes

We're also right next to Westfield Stratford City, which has more shops than you could ever want, a cinema, and loads of restaurants.

The East Village development is situated in The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, which offers a huge amount of space to run, cycle, and has lots of great ex-Olympic venues such as the London Aquatics Centre (which the public can use), London VeloPark, Copper Box, and of course the Olympic Stadium itself.

All bills are included. This includes everything - heating, electricity, internet, council tax, building service charge, cleaner - everything. You pay the rent every month and we'll sort everything else!

We'd love to find a couple or single person with regular employment and normal working hours. We're quite independent, and you'll find our flat calm and chilled. We're of course happy to hang out, but we're equally happy doing our own thing.

A standard reference and/or background check will be required. We'll talk this through with you after we've met you and you've had a chance to look around the flat.

We are looking to set up viewings in the second week of September, starting on Monday, 9 September.
