Myself and my partner own a flat at Stratford and we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible and Ideally for 6 months +.

We are very friendly to live with. We are sociable but at the same time respect each person's private space.

> The flat: Two bedroom flat with a large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room. One bathroom. Large outside balcony with views towards/of central London. All fully furnished.

> The room: double bed and wardrobe/drawers - please note it is not en suite.

> Internet: 1GB broadband is included in the rent.

> Shops: Sainsbury's, pub & three gyms around the corner. Westfield shopping centre is 5 minutes walk away.

>Local neighbourhood: quiet neighbourhood, in the Olympic park including aquatics centre and Velopark.

> Transport: Located in Stratford. Under 5 minutes walk to Stratford International DLR and High Speed to St Pancras. Around 10 minutes walk to Stratford station for the Central Line, Overground and mainline trains. Kings Cross only 5 minutes away!

> Car parking: No on street parking; parking available at Stratford International station. Car parking spaces may be available to rent in the basement separately from the landlord. Free bike parking in the basement.
