Looking for new flatmate

We have one large double room available from 16th September.

The flat is really nice, large and modern! It has 3 bedrooms, a large winter terrace and an open living / kitchen area.

The Room:
- furnished
- larger fitted wardrobes
- large windows
- loads of room for activities

The room for rent would share a large bathroom inc. a shower and bath tub with one other person.

Ollie and I (the couple) have been living here for four years and Alec has been here for over a year now. We found the wonderful Alec through Spare Room and we are looking for another easy going, social and tidy flat mate. We are always busy with work and socialising but still make an effort to have a chat at the end of day or a drink over the weekend.

It is a short walk from Stratford station, westfields, a gym, restaurants, bars, cafes and parks. Plus we have 24hr tube now!

The tenancy is up on 16th September 2020, or 2 months notice.

Our property manager has a £0 deposit scheme so you wont need to pay a deposit but we are still responsible for any damage to the property as normal.

Current roommate has brought a property.
