We have two double bedrooms coming available from the end of MAy 2022 (PLEASE NOTE: these are not en-suite bedrooms, the en-suite is occupied).

ROOM 1 (Rear)

All our rooms have been recently refurbished to a high specification, with fresh decor and rewired to include incoming phone line, broadband point and plenty of sockets.

THE FLATMATES

The current flatmates are female in their mid-20s, both working in Finance. We are looking for a like-minded young professional to share and maintain this tidy property.

BILLS

Bills are included in the rental price. This covers all expected costs: unlimited Broadband, Council Tax, gas, electricity, water rates, phone line rental, TV licence.

CLEANER

We also provide a cleaner once every three weeks free of charge to ensure the flat is receiving a regular deep clean.

THE FLAT

Every aspect of the property has been newly designed and installed with a bright and sunny, south facing open-plan living room/ kitchen. Furnished with a large sofa, armchair, 46-inch Samsung LCD TV, dining table and chairs.

The new, fully integrated kitchen in a contemporary white gloss has dishwasher, electric oven, large 5-ring gas hob and fridge freezer.

There is a laundry cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are two contemporary bathrooms (one of which is en-suite) which are fully tiled with Italian porcelain tiles and Duravit fittings.

We provide a cleaner Free of Charge who visits every third week to ensure the flat is getting a regular, thorough clean.
