- Large lounge. TV. PlayStation. Plenty of room to dry your clothes so you don't need to dry them in your room.
- Large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The guys very rarely cook so you will often have the kitchen to yourself.
- 1 Large bathroom. 1 separate toilet. Never had any issues with us trying to use the bathroom in the mornings.
- Cleaner once a fortnight.
- Heating is excellent
- Bills come to roughly £100 per month

- Very comfortable double bed.
- Large wardrobe. Desk, chair, mirror.
Flatmates:
- You will be living with two friendly, relaxed guys in their early/mid 30's. We all have busy schedules and aren't always around that often but will always chat and catch up with each other when we're at home together.
Lease:
- Our lease ends in February however the boys remaining have been in this flat for several years and plan to stay and renew so am open to a 2 month sublet until then but am ideally looking for someone to take the room and sign onto the renewed lease. I have been in the flat 2 years and have really loved it and it's central location but am moving to Australia, otherwise would be renewing the lease with the guys again.
