Bright double room in friendly Oval houseshare

Hello! I'm going to be moving in with my girlfriend in March so we are looking for someone to fill my room in this 4 bedroom property.

The room is fully furnished & includes a double bed along with a bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe (with a top bit for extra storage. The drawers are the perfect height for putting a tv on too if you plan on having on in the room.
The two windows also provide plenty of light during the day.

The rest of the house features 3 bathrooms (VERY convenient when sharing with 3 others!) a good-sized living room with two sofas & tv, conservatory & outside patio area (nice for bbqs & drinks in the summer!) - several drying racks also included for your laundry needs!
There is also of course a kitchen which includes a fridge, microwave, washing machine & all the necessary cooking equipment.

Current housemates are Lauren, Nsikan & Hamzah, all friendly, social and easy to live with. The cooking fanatics among you however will be pleased to hear there generally isn't too much competition for the kitchen!

The house is located in a security gated area which is safe, secure & quiet. Around 10 mins walk to Oval station on the Northern Line. Also around 10 mins to a big Morrisons & Tesco along with a shorter walk to a Co-Op, smaller Tesco, a gym (PureGym) and Kennington Park. The area itself is also quiet & safe but also very quick to get into central London + around a 15 minute walk to Brixton & a short bus ride to Peckham.

It's a lovely place and area and I've really enjoyed living there for the last 2 years so I'll certainly be sad to leave!

Rent is £705/m. Bills include water (half-yearly) & some council tax.
