A cosy fully furnished double bedroom in Oval, in a homely flat and prime location. Extremely close to multiple forms of transport - Oval station is just a 5 minute walk away (Northern Line), with Stockwell a 10 minute walk in the other direction (Victoria Line). Bus options are available around the corner on both Brixton and Clapham roads.

The flat comes fully furnished, so all you will need is your suitcase! There are plenty of amenities nearby, cafes and bars, grocery stores, off licences, and a gym around the corner. Kennington park is really close by and there is a Farmers market every Saturday.

You will be living with myself (Kelly) and partner Andy. We are a pretty chilled couple from New Zealand and are currently over here to work and travel.

We are unfortunately heading home early January, and our current lease ends December 2019. So ideally this may be suited to someone wanting to take over the lease when we leave, who wants a fully furnished flat. You would then have the option to take over the bigger room, and get another flatmate/flatmates for the smaller room if you choose.

Total cost PCM is £810 this includes all bills. There would be one months rent deposit. No agency or admin fees.
