Double room to let on Vassall Road SW9. It's for room only and you'll be sharing one professional male. The flat is clean and quiet and would suit a professional seeking a quiet room. I sometimes work from home and am sometimes away on work. There is no living room and all bills and WI FI are included in the price. The flat is conveniently located near multiple bus routes bringing you into central London and is an 8-minute walk to Oval Tube Station. For single persons only; no couples. A month security deposit, work contract, bank statements and references will be required.

I do all my socializing away from the flat and am looking for a similar flatmate. If you need a space to party and invite all your friends back, this isn’t for you, but if you want a quite space to gather your thoughts and share with a respectful quiet person, this might be for you. Room is available 1 Feb 2025.
