Stylish and quiet small double bedroom in an excellently located two-bedroom flat available from beginning of July.

I’m moving away for work so I’m subletting my room in my beautiful, furnished flat in Oval. It’s a two minute walk from the station, and you’ll be sharing with a lovely male housemate.

The flat is on the first floor of a converted Georgian hospital, so the layout is unconventional which adds to its charm, and it has everything you need – kitchen, bathroom, sitting/dining room with double height ceiling and big windows, private balcony, and a very comfy king-sized bed, as well as good communal security, a building concierge and roof terrace.

The rent is £750 per month plus bills (which is less than I pay but I’d like to find someone soon and the right person) and a two week deposit, and I’m open to long and short term lets.
