We are looking for a friendly, respectful, clean, professional GAY GUY to come and live with us for long term.

The room is small with a single bed, wardrobe and a cabinet in it.
The flat is nice clean and fully furnished in a great location. There is 2 toilets (one on each floor) and one bathroom, kitchen and living room
In one. There is a nice communal garden and concierge. The building is located between Oval, Stockwell and Vauxhall underground stations. There is Lidl 5 min walk from the flat, Tesco and Co Op 2min away and also there is two gyms 2-4 min walk from our flat. Bus stop is in front of our door step. Really easy to commute to pretty much everywhere.

We are 3 friendly respectful gay guys professionals/students.

Drugs using and/or carrying
Parties
Sex parties
Late night noise
Late night cooking

All bills are included in the rent.
