We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in a homely and bright top floor flat in a brilliant location!

It’s well located in zone 2 and has great transport links! The tube only a 7 min walk to Oval (Northern Line) or 15-20 mins to Stockwell or Vauxhall (Victoria Line), good bus routes to the city, and Brixton, Battersea and Clapham are close by too. .

The local area has a few supermarkets, a couple of gyms and a brilliant farmers market on Saturday morning. There’s some lovely pubs and of course the Oval Cricket Ground! Kennington Park is a 5-minute walk away and a lovely place to chill in the summer, with a pizzeria and cafe in the park.

The flat is super homely, clean and a lovely haven after a busy day at work! It has a communal kitchen/sitting room at the front with 2 bedrooms at the back and a loft room. It also has two bathrooms, both include a sink and toilet and one also has a bath and shower.

We are looking for a like-minded, young professional, who has their own group of friends in London but would be keen to share wine/conversations in the evening.

We are two young professionals who enjoy cooking, watching netflix, going to museums, exploring London and socialising with friends. Weekdays are usually more quiet with dinners and good chats. We both work in the office most of the week, but do the odd day from home, so would be looking for someone with a similar working pattern. Whenever we can we like to hang out and binge watch the odd tv show together. We are looking for someone like-minded who is looking to make this flat their home!

Bills are approx £120 per month per person. Our landlady requires references from employers and current landlords as well as a credit check.
