Room available in a beautiful flat in Brixton/Oval

Double room to rent in our bright and spacious three bedroom flat. Located in a big Victorian town-house on a leafy, quiet street, just off Brixton Road.

The room comes semi-furnished, with a large sash window and feature fire-place, it was also recently painted so feels fresh by day, yet cosy and relaxing by night :) The wardrobe is in the hallway to accommodate my desk and drawers, but the room can easily be rearranged however best suits you.

Flat:
The kitchen is big, and serves as a dining space, there is also a balcony with beautiful sunset views. The lounge is huge, featuring a big bay window, giving lots of light, especially on sunny mornings. Bathroom has a modern shower, including an overhead 'waterfall shower' feature - it is a shared bathroom, which we like to keep on top of in terms of the cleaning, which also applies to the rest of the flat.

Bills are approximately £100 pm (gas/elec/water/council tax/internet)

Location:
Situated 5 min walk from oval / 10 min walk from Stockwell & a 15 min walk to Brixton, it is in a fantastic location. Tons of buses pass on the main road, just minutes away. There are also local amenities (shops, post office, etc)

Us:
We are very friendly and have a very nice vibe in the house, although we also respect each other's space and have down time etc. We enjoy working out/running/yoga and stuff together, occasionally watch films, or having a meal together, going to the pub. It would be nice to find a housemate who might enjoy similar stuff, but are completely open-minded and if you are looking for a room but want to keep to yourself, that’s also fine.

There is some room for negotiation on the move in date, so feel free to ask, if you need to move earlier, or later.
