I'm sadly having to move out of my lovely flat in Oval early, and am looking for somebody to take my place in the flat for a min of two months - until Sept 18th when the tenancy is due to end. After that there will be an option to renew and continue the tenancy.

The flat has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan kitchen living area. In the kitchen, there is a built-in oven, hob and extractor as well as a large fridge/freezer and built-in dishwasher.
The bathroom has tiled flooring with a bath and a rain shower head, and a handy cabinet to store toiletries.
The bedroom has a double bed with storage under the mattress and a large wardrobe. The room is carpeted and has large double-glazed windows.
The flat is less than a 5 min walk to Oval station and is similarly close to St. Mark's Church, where a lovely farmers market is held every Saturday.
You'll be sharing with my flatmate, who is a mature law student working to complete her final exams over August/Sept.
