I am moving out mid-August of my lovely flat in Oval in South Lambeth.

Why is this place great?

-A spacious room with BUILT in storage, a rare find these days.
-Enough room to eat, sleep, and work out of which is also a great find in this climate.
-Toilet and bathroom separate, so none of those awkward I need to shower when someone is on the loo.
-It's a short walk to Vauxhall and Kennington Park
- There are 2 off Licences across the way and a Portuguese meat shop (yum!)
-10 min walk from SUPER SAINSBURYS
-13 min walk from Vauxhall Station and National Rail
-10min walk to the Post Office
-Close enough to London centre but still residential enough to not be in the hustle and bustle.

Who Lives Here?
- Irena a friendly working professional from the US
- Dominic a nice gent from Wales
-Both in their mid/late 20's
- Not a party house, but always up for a friendly chat. Maybe a wine night? Game night?

Flat Rules:

-Golden rule, leave the common space as you found it or cleaner.
-Every cooking item in the flat is shared, Utensils, common spices as well.
-You get your own cupboard in the kitchen for food.
- You get your own fridge shelf and freezer drawer as well as bathroom bin.
-Utilities are not included and are split evenly each month whether you're there are not.
- Everyone chips in for cleaning the common space (Kitchen, Bathroom, Toilet, Hallway).
-Rent is due 1st of the month to the landlord via direct deposit
-Utilities are also due at the first
