Double Room to Let in Oval/Stockwell

I am looking for a replacement for myself in a 3 bed flat due to the current situation and me not being required to visit the office until next year.

You will be taking over me on the tenancy agreement, which can be broken in April but runs until Oct 2021.

As you can see from the pictures the room is a decent sized double room, it also has space for a desk if needed. All furniture in the room will be included besides the desk and chair. The living room and kitchen is a great size and comes fully equipped, there is also a balcony which is nice to enjoy on the summer days. The bathroom is shared, it has a nice shower and a bathtub.

The flat is located on a nice quiet street away from the main roads, it is a Victoria build so the flat has very high ceilings.

It is in prime location for either Stockwell or Oval tube station with both being about a 12min walk. Brixton is also around a 15-20min walk. Also bus stops a 2min walk away which can take you up to London Bridge or Lpool st.

Bills and council tax are split between 3 flatmates which comes in at around £85 a month with gas electric and internet.

The flatmates are both professionals and are social if you enjoy going out for a drink but will also give you your space if needed.

Parking is available with Lambeth council with works out to be £10 a month.
