We have a wonderful large bright furnished double room available from the 26th September.

The bedroom faces our garden and comes with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. There is plenty of space for you to to bring your own additional furnishings too.

The house is a three story three bedroom property with a lovely garden, and two bathrooms. The ground floor has a large kitchen/communal area leading out into a lovely garden. The top floor also has a small spare room with a sofa bed in for guests. We have developed a great relationship with our landlord and some of us have lived in the house for nearly six years.

We are close to many wonderful pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and parks. There is also a farmers market every Saturday just moments away. We are five minutes walk from oval tube station (zone two) and many bus routes making access to central very easy. Camberwell is a fifteen minute walk away and Brixton only a few minutes more!

You will be living with Daisy, Kurt, Rhiannon and Olga the little dog! We are a very relaxed group of young professionals and musicians. We love to host the occasional games evenings, film nights and house dinners (in the summer we take to the garden BBQ). We have a wide range of interests such as visiting exhibitions, cooking, sports, music (in all shapes and forms), gardening, rock climbing and sculpting, to name but a few - that we'd love to share with you! Olga is a small fluffy white dog rescued from Macedonia who loves to lounge, eat treats and get tummy tickles.

We are looking for a considerate and likeminded individual. Ideally a professional but post graduates also very welcome.

Rent for this is £890 incl. bills (broadband, TV licence, council tax, water, gas and electricity) with a £650 deposit.
