Central location and spacious large fully equipped kitchen, dining table with garden view, separate tumble dryer and washing machine, gas cooker and electric fan oven etc.

There is also a large fenced garden, outdoor furniture.

The room itself is on the first floor, the house has four floors in total. This is a spacious house share, as you will only be sharing with two flat mates on the first floor, other rooms and flat mates are nicely spread out between all four floors. Shower and bathroom toilet also on the first floor, next door to this single room. Cloakroom toilet on ground floor by entrance.
