Double Room With a Park View Next To Oval Zone 2

A large double room has become available in a 3 bed flat right next to Oval tube station, living with two (very nice and sociable) young professionals – Yani (me) is currently on furlough from the Science Museum and living his best life, and Owain is a civil servant working from home. We are laid back, tidy and sociable, but we all respect each other’s space and privacy - we’re looking for someone similar to us!

The flat:
The flat is located on the top floor of an ex-council residential building, right next to Oval tube station and the bedroom overlooks Kennington Park. The flat has a total of 3 bedrooms, a large living room and a small balcony that catches all the sun during the day!

Bills:
Water is covered in the rent, the rest comes to around £80 a month (council tax, gas, electric, internet).

Transport:
The area is very well connected. Oval tube station is about a minute walk away, and the area is well served by buses going north/west to E&C, Waterloo and Victoria, and south/east to Clapham, Brixton, and Peckham. Vauxhall mainline train station is about a 15-minute walk away.

Landlord/contract:
We have two landladies who are lovely, diligent, and very responsive and helpful, getting anything fixed ASAP. There is a minimum term of 6 months and a reference check will be made by an referencing company (all online, non-invasive and minimal fuss!).
