Duration & Terms: Seeking a long-term tenant for stays in my room whilst I am out of the country ( I live in-between two cities) between 7(minimum) to 15(maximum) days per month (1 to 3 weeks each month) on a minimum 6-month term. Rent is negotiable, based on a per-day, per-month agreement that includes all bills (council tax, Gas, Electric, Broadband, water) - For example for 7 days the charge would be £400- charged to a max £550 for 14 days inc bils


Location & Property: The flat is a newly renovated Victorian conversion in a quiet, leafy residential area. It is 2 minutes from Oval Underground station and 7 minutes from Stockwell. Nearby amenities include Tesco, newsagents, cafes, and Pure Gym.

Room Details: The large bedroom has a king-size bed, office desk and chair, full-length mirror, and plenty of storage (wardrobe, under-bed space, kitchen cupboard, bathroom shelf). Towels and fresh linen are provided for each stay.
Shared Spaces: Includes a spacious living room and a modern kitchen with all conveniences. The rent covers high-speed broadband & all bills.

Flatmate: You will share the flat with a respectful and tidy flatmate who works in West London daily, his schedule is up at 8 , leave 9.30 home at 18.30

Ideal Tenant: Suitable for someone who needs to live or work in London part-time and wants a hassle-free, high-standard living arrangement without frequent moving. This roo is not available full time or every week per month
