Huge double en-suite in oval

Double en-suite room - huge, plenty of room for multiple desks and wardrobes. The flat is located in Oval, a 6 min walk from Oval tube, 5 min Tesco express, 20 min walk to a huge Sainsburys and big Tesco, 13 min to Lidl. We love the location because it’s super easy to get to Clapham and also central London. The flat is spread out over 3 floors and is very secure (we only have one direct neighbour). Rent is £950 (£1100 for couple) per month + bills and tenancy will start first week of August.

Bills:
Council tax = 55.33 (41.50 each for couple)
WiFi = 8 (6 each for a couple)
Water = included in rent
Gas/Elec = very difficult to estimate but I’d allow 50-100 to be on the safe side, very dependent on the time of year

About us:

We are both product managers - I work for ASOS, and Violine works for Trinny London (both of our jobs come with pretty nice perks that our new flatmate will be able to enjoy :)). We met 2 years ago via Spareroom and most important thing we are looking for is someone who is friendly and outgoing, who is looking to make (hopefully!) friends for life rather than just a place to live.

Violine and I both have our own friendship groups but we both have gotten to know each others friends which makes for a really homey vibe and we’d want the same for any new flatmate. We both love meeting new people, going out for drinks, food/cooking together, day trips, exercise (yoga, running, lifting, want to try pole!), and simply chilling/watching films in the evenings (420 friendly!). We enjoy getting wine drunk at home or at bars/pubs on weekends so someone who’d enjoy that too is a must 😄 Note we also like to keep things quite tidy/clean as our kitchen is pretty small so things get messy quickly!
