I am moving out of this lovely ground floor flat located in Oval and I would like to find a nice, respectful and kind female tenant to take up my contract and to live with my current flatmate who is a sweet professional young woman.

- Rent: £866 per month
- Deposit: £1000
- Bills: about £141.5 per month, including water, electricity, council tax and Wi-Fi; gas is paid every two months, £103.5
- Moving date: 1st of October.
- Contract: You will be taking up my renewable contract which lasts until the 4th of June 2023, with a break clause available in February 2023.

The flat is located 5 minutes walk from Oval tube, 12 minutes walk from Stockwell tube, 15 minutes walk from Vauxhall tube and train, and there are several bus routes going to the city and to the south and southwest of London. It's only 20 minutes walk from busy Clapham or from the riverside. There are a big Tesco and a Lidl on the street, and a big Sainsbury's in nearby Nine Elms.

The flat:

- YOUR ROOM: it comprises a super comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. It has two windows which make it a super sunny area of the house.

- There is an open plan kitchen fully equipped with a fairly new washing machine, electric hob and oven, large fridge and freezer and plenty of storage.

- The lounge has two sofas, one coffee table where we usually have our meals, and two large windows allowing lots of sunlight in.

- There is a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and a recently changed radiator. The bathtub screen has also been changed to a new modern glass one (not in these pictures).
