The Flat:
The flat will be available to move in from November 1st 2024 - when my current housemate will be moving out.
Lovely two-bedroom conversion ground-floor flat on a quiet street situated between Brixton Rd & Clapham Rd. The flat is furnished. The two bedrooms are situated towards the front of the property. The flat has one bathroom with combo bath/shower. Open shared dining & living space as seen in pictures. The kitchen is cosy but perfectly functional & equipped with Bosch appliances including gas stove top. Flat also has it’s own private courtyard garden; perfect for summer BBQs whilst enjoying a drink under the giant palm tree. We also have a cellar! It’s not necessarily the most inviting space, but it’s perfect for storing large & obscure items rarely used. Whilst most pieces pictured are staying, a few things belong to my current housemate who is leaving. If you’re worried anything pictured is not staying, please contact me.
Shared Bills (not included with monthly rent):
Water - £40.49 (£20.25 each)
Gas & Electricity (use dependent rates)
Council Tax - £166 (£83 each)

**CURRENT CONTRACT**
My current housemate is leaving breaking contract and leaving early. You would be taking over his current contract which is due to end 25th March 2025. I have lived here since September 2020 and the landlord has given no indication the current tenancy won't continue beyond March 2025.
