**Sublet** Huge house with Aussies and Kiwis

**short term sub-let** available. I’m heading home until the middle of Jan so my room is up for grabs to sublet from Friday 13 Dec until Jan 13! Room is in Oval so on the northern line. Room is £750 for the month with all bills included. Also have a cleaner every fortnight.

Only a 5-10 minute walk to the station. Great bus stops within a few minutes walk (159, 133, 436, 36,59). Walking distance to Stockwell, Brixton, Camberwell and Vauxhall. Pure Gym 2 minutes away.

You’d be living with 6 other girls. Majority from NZ and Australia! Massive house. Separate dining, and huge lounge. Although there are so many people, it really doesn’t feel like it because everyone is very busy and the house is so big.
