Double Room in Oval / Vauxhall

Our flatmate is moving out in mid April, so we are looking for a new housemate to fill this room.

About the flat - we have 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and separate shower / toilet rooms. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a freestanding wardrobe. The flat is closely situated between Oval tube, Vauxhall station, and Nine Elms tube station, so lots of travel/commuting options. The flat is roughly a 30 minute walk to Central London.

Flat dynamics - we’re working professionals with Monday to Friday 9 to 5 type jobs. We like to respect each others personal space, but also spend time together in the communal living areas (watching sport, catching up). Madeleine and I have lived in the flat together for just over 4 months.

Rent is £895pcm including all bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity, WiFi and TV Licensing).

Move in date will be from 22nd April (earliest date), but definitely flexible to move in afterwards.

Who we are looking for: Preferably a professional aged between 24-30. Someone social but also happy in their own company. The new flatmate must be clean and someone who tidies up after themselves (generally just mindful of the communal spaces) - we are both chilled do not have a cleaning rota etc.
