Double Room in a lovely Georgian house (dog)

Large Double Room with lots of storage in a lovely and eclectic Georgian House in Oval. Semi-detached with garden.

Nice bright double room.
The room has a double bed in it, and some furniture and an adjustable height desk. Any of the furniture can be removed. There's so much storage in the room, 2 large wardrobes, plus built in cupboards as well as the furniture.

Really lovely spacious house, large living room / dining room, large kitchen, 1 bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a garden. Eclectically furnished by myself over the years.

You'd be sharing with me and my dog Rocky.
I'm a photographer, shooting ads for money and making art for my soul. I either work from home or at my studio in Brixton. Fairly chilled at home, especially during the week. Easygoing, into galleries / art and general wholesome things. Still occasionally go out to clubs, can sometimes find me at Fold and other techno parties.

The other bedroom I don't rent out, I use it to work in a couple of days a week and there's a bed in there for having people stay over. I'm happy for the other tenant to work in it occasionally or have friends stay.
Not renting the third room properly does make the house a bit expensive. I rent it and the total rent is 3100, with me paying 1800 and the room I'm renting out being 1300. However I think it makes the house a much nicer place to live. I've lived here for 4 1/2 years now. I love it here, it's very quiet, cosy and calm.

Rocky's a lovely dog. He's a rescue and getting a bit old now. A mix of Chow and Samoyed. He does need a bit of respect, anyone who comes round the house they need to be introduced to him. Particularly men, he's a bit more suspicious of from his past life. All that aside he's a cutie, and nice to take for a walk. He's well known in the local park!. Anyone that comes more than a few times or lives here though he loves. He's here 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off as I split him with an ex-partner.

Bills per person are:
Internet £17.5 / month
Council Tax £80 / month (Band D)
Water £15 / month
Gas & Elec £40-50 / month in the Summer and about £100-200 / month in the winter
Cleaner £60 / month (once every 2 weeks)

The house is in a really lovely area, very chilled. I'm friends with a lot of my neighbours. Not a lot going on but nice to be in, and really quick to get around.
Oval is 5 mins and Vauxhall is 8 mins walk.

I rent the house, I've got 18 months left on the contract. I would want a months notice of moving out. The room is available early Jan.

Ideal Housemate
Definitely should be someone who likes dogs. Ideally someone who wants to make it a bit of a home and sporadically eat together, watch a film etc. Nothing too much, it's nice to get on.
