Hey, my flatmate is moving out in July and I'm looking for someone to join me in this wonderful 2 bed flat.
A large double en-suite room in a 2-bed split-level flat. The huge flat has a separate kitchen and living room.

Big double room with an ensuite on its own level.
Double bed with ample storage underneath.
There is plenty of room for extra furniture, including a desk. With storage in the eaves as well as more storage throughout the flat.
The room has a standing clothes rail which my flatmate can provide. Desk can be included at an extra cost.
Area
Located only 5 minutes from Oval Station on the Northern line. 15-minute walk to Stockwell and 20 minutes to Brixton. Close to the lovely Kennington Park, which includes tennis and basketball courts.
Flatmate
You'll be sharing with myself, an AI Product Manager working for a health research charity. I enjoy exploring London, keeping active, chilling at home watching Netflix or out with friends. Easy going, friendly and respectful.
Lease Details
The lease ends on 17th September 2024. References by the existing agent are required. These include right to rent checks. You must be in full-time employment (right to work in the UK) and pass salary checks (3x rent) for affordability of the rent (or a guarantor to be used).
There is some flexibility on the move in date. Deposit - £1385
