We are looking for a Monday-Friday tenant to share our lovely 2 bed in Oval.

It's on the third floor of a beautiful period property. Amazing location - under 30 seconds walk to Oval Tube ! If you don't know the area you are really well connected - you can be in Central London or the City within a 10 minute tube ride. You are also a 15 minute walk away from the river.

The flat is furnished. The bedroom available is a very large double room.

The room features a King-size bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, and ample extra storage. The room includes a dedicated private seating area, ideal for a morning coffee or unwinding in your own space. Also included in the room is your own TV and high-quality bedding.

There are shutters and blackout blinds in each room.

Double glazed windows and carpeting throughout the flat.

Kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and fridge-freezer.

A bit about us...You’ll be sharing with a professional couple in their mid-40s, both working in TV and theatre. As both are usually out during the day, the flat remains exceptionally quiet and peaceful. We enjoy travelling, going to the gym, going out socialising, theatre, cinema as well as relaxing nights in.

Fairly flexible on who moves in as long as you are friendly and tidy. Oh and must be dog friendly as have a small dog. A Miniature Schnauzer that is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed.
