I am looking for someone chill and friendly to move into our well-located 2-bedroom FURNISHED flat. Up for offer is a spacious double bedroom, with loads of natural light, a shared living area and a clean and well-maintained bathroom and kitchen.
The property has also just been redecorated.
The flat has great transport links and is opposite Oval tube station on the Northern line, and is only a 10-minute walk to Vauxhall (Victoria Line and National Rail) or Kennington tube stations.
It sits opposite Kennington Park, with a Post-Office, Nisa and convenience stores less than a few minutes from the flat. The nearest big supermarket is a Tesco superstore, which is an 8 minute walk.
You will be living with one other female (me, I'm alright!).
The room is a comfortable double size I have a good relationship with the landlord having lived here for 4 years now.
Bills are as follows:
Council Tax = £57ppcm (band B)
Water = £26.70ppcm
Internet = £17.75ppcm
Gas and Electric are on prepay meters = approx £30-£40ppcm each.
Estate agent fee = £50 (this is a one off fee for a change of name on the current contract)
