I’m moving out of my small, furnished double room in a shared flat with two female professionals (aged 23 & 24), and looking for someone to replace my room. 🫶🏻

The flat is situated right between Oval (7 min walk) and Stockwell (10 min walk) station, with a Tesco express within 2 min walk and a Lidl less than 10 minutes away.

The flat is split across two floors with all three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There is a spacious living room and a separate kitchen on the bottom floor with access to a ground-floor balcony. It’s south facing so we get lovely sun all afternoon on the balcony. 🌞

It’s part of a block of flats, and the front door leads straight onto the main street with safe and easy access.

The room itself is a small double bedroom that comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, but more can be requested from the landlord if needed. (I’m also selling the white set of drawers in the images). It’s small, but cosy and we have additional storage in the hallway if you need extra space for your things.

The current flatmates are two female professionals working office jobs in Central London with some wfh days too. They’re very social and love going out but we never have late nights in the flat that disturb anybody and so are looking for someone similar! Love a cosy night in and looking for someone they can be friends with too! 👯‍♀️

This is perfect for a female professional who is looking for a 10-month tenancy up to the end of April 2025. We'd love someone who is social but considerate and loves a night in with a glass of wine! Tidiness is also really important to us - we do everything we can to make this house feel like a home so want somebody who will do the same.

The rent will be £850 per calendar month + bills (usually £130 including council tax - Band C).
