Hi everyone! I

My flatmate is leaving and I’m looking for someone to replace her. The flat is situated 5 minutes from Oval tube station and well connected with buses. We will prefer to find someone that moves in in June but that it’s willing to stay and take on the contract for a year. Bill are usually 40-50 pounds per month. Plus 77 pounds of council taxes.

Landlord may request six months of rent upfront
