Double Room in Oval/Stockwell, next to a park

Hi everyone, I am subletting my room in Oval/Stockwell for 1-3 months while I am away on a sabbatical. It's a lovely flat shared with two other friends in a good location for an amazing price; and is ideal for those looking for short-term accommodation.

On the flat:
The room comes furnished. Some of the furniture in there are mine (inc. a desk, chair and a monitor), and I am happy for you to use them. It is well lit and great for working from home. There's a big living room where we eat together when work allows, one well-equipped kitchen (I'll be leaving my pans and pots so feel free to use them), and one bathroom.
The flat is well-connected - 15mins walk away from both Oval and Stockwell stations, 3mins to the nearest bus stops and Boris Bikes, and easy access to Brixton. Lots of small shops and grocery stores all around!

On your potential flatmates:
Chloe is a 28yo girl from France, she is a conservation officer in South East London and is an amazing cook. She likes hiking, drawing and cooking and hosting friends for dinner once in a while.
Alessia is a 27yo girl from Italy, working in management consulting and loves theatre and Kpop. She usually works longer hours because of her job, but is always up for exploring new places on the weekend if she has the time.

The room is available from 23rd Sep till end of Dec (we can finalise a date together). Minimum 1 month tenancy.

Rent includes council tax. Utilities and internet are not included but usually come to around £50-70pp/month on top.
