Flat in Oval

Hi :)
we are 2 friendly professionals looking for a flatmate.
Our flat is quite old but is well kept by us, location is very central with a walking distance to Oval, Kennington (Northern line) and Vauxhall (Victoria line and National Rails) with great links to majority parts of London and a convenient connection to Gatwick airport.

We are looking for someone who's quiet, considerate and clean. We have a 3 week rotation schedule, so you'd only have to clean once every 3 weeks. We try to clean the communal spaces clean after each use, too.

All bills are included. New washer dryer is a perk too ;)

I think this covers everything but if you have any questions let us know :) We can provide a video of the whole flat.
