Double room in Oval / Vauxhall in shared flat

I am subletting my room (available end of May to end of August, but option to extend to December)

Rent is £1000 per month, all bills included.

The flat is super central, about a 5 minute walk to Oval station (northern line) and a 10 minute walk to Vauxhall station (Victoria line). Takes about 30 mins to get into Soho / central and is of walking distance to Westminister and the Thames.
It is located on the beautiful Fentiman Road, just opposite Fentiman Arms which is a lovely pub, especially in summer
The room comes fully furnished and has ample storage space with a built-in wardrobe

You will be sharing with 3 boys,: Paddy (25) who works in accounting, Matt (24) who works in consulting and Seb (24) who works in recruitment. We chill together in the evenings, going for a drink at Fentiman or the odd movie night, but also very much have our own lives and are respectful of each other's space.
