Cozy room in a friendly house

Lovely and well sized single room. We are 3 living in a beautiful apartment, well located , with two tube stations just walking minutes around. Tescos and Lidl 5 min walking. Bus stop in front of the building . Secured building with concierge. No much stairs or lift. Santander bikes available on the road in front our gates. Kennington park 15 min away. We are looking for someone who wish to spend week days in a peaceful house with nice and respectful friends.
