2 rooms available in 3 bed flat in Oval, short term to end of August (flexible). Well lit, quiet, large living room and kitchen. Balcony and great views.

£700 per month, bills £150 per month (or less if they turn out that way). Trans and queer preferred. Current occupant is me: 28, nonbinary/trans, clean and friendly. I like cooking, time with friends, crafting, and music/dancing, and enjoy a friendly and peaceful vibe at home. Looking for two chill and sociable people to live with for this summer. There isn't a lift in the building so would not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Transport: 8 mins from Northern line, 15 mins from Victoria line. There is a covered bike rack behind a locked gate.

Green space: Kitchen balcony. Kennington Park and Myatts Field Common park are around 10 mins away.
