You: We are hoping to find people who we could become friends with. Ideally you are a couple, or one quite friendly person, as we both like living with others. This is a queer home and we want to live with other queer people. We are looking for people who are intentional about making a home with other people, and who are keen to openly negotiate house rules/ways of living and stick to them, and who have warm/friendly/silly vibes.

Us: We are a queer couple soon to both be in our 30's and both training to be therapists (so lots of studying and feelings talk). We are warm, silly, friendly people and like board games, puzzles, and films. One of us has long covid (so it is important that you would be ok with taking covid tests if you are ill!)

Things to know: drug free and smoke free flat and we don't do parties. There isn't a lift in the building so would not be suitable for those with mobility issues. We both have (peaceful, tidy) friends come to stay relatively often and would welcome you doing the same! Rent would be 775 for a single person and 900 for a couple (both plus bills).

Transport: 8 mins from Northern line, 15 mins from Victoria line. There is a covered bike rack behind a locked gate.

Green space: Kitchen balcony. Kennington Park and Myatts Field Common park are around 10 mins walk away.
